Syncolein comes in powder form and it is recommended that you take one full tablespoon (scoop) of the powder and dissolve in a cup of hot, caffeinated coffee or tea. If you weigh over 200lbs, the dosage is 1.5 tablespoons. The caffeine helps open the blood/brain barrier. Stir and drink at your leisure. Be Patient. It can take 3 to 4 months to see positive change. Take Syncolein after a meal. There are 13 calories per tablespoon. One scoop equals one table spoon.

HOW IT WORKS

Research shows that Mannitol breaks up the alpha-synuclein clusters in the brain that kill braincells. When the alpha synuclein clusters are broken up the progression of the disease is stopped and some of your functioning may be restored.
